Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) 40HR training is required for employees and employers who may be exposed to hazardous substances. The training aims to reduce the risk of illness and injury to workers from exposure to hazardous substances, which can have both acute and chronic health effects. This weeklong training will be hybrid, the first 3 days will be virtual and the last two days in person in Rochester, N.Y.
