ABOUT - Using practical, real-world methods, participants learn planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality control to deliver projects on time, within budget, safely, and with high quality while adapting to change. Build technical and leadership skills, including Gantt charts, scope and requirements definition, earned value management, communication, negotiation, and team leadership, helping align project outcomes with organizational goals and improve performance.
