Project Management Program:
This program is designed for Project Superintendents, Construction Superintendents, Crew Foremen, Assistant Project Managers, business owners, and anyone advancing toward a Project Manager role.
ABOUT -
Using practical, real-world methods, participants learn planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality control to deliver projects on time, within budget, safely, and with high quality while adapting to change.
Build technical and leadership skills, including Gantt charts, scope and requirements definition, earned value management, communication, negotiation, and team leadership, helping align project outcomes with organizational goals and improve performance.

Classes are virtual and meet on the designated days from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
You must attend all classes.
